About the Role
We are supporting a fast-growing international iGaming operator seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager – LATAM to drive affiliate acquisition, performance optimisation, and long-term revenue growth across key Latin American markets.
This role is focused on building and scaling high-performing affiliate partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. The successful candidate will bring an established affiliate network, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to generate quality traffic and sustainable revenue.
This is a commercially driven position suited to someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and understands the mechanics of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid deals, FTDs, and NGR optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across major LATAM markets
Leverage existing affiliate relationships to accelerate growth
Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals aligned with business objectives
Monitor and optimise affiliate performance metrics including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality
Analyse campaign data to maximise ROI and long-term value
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams
Ensure affiliates adhere to brand and regulatory guidelines
Prepare detailed performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights for management
Required Profile
Proven hands-on experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming / online betting industry
Demonstrated track record managing affiliates across LATAM markets
Existing portfolio of active affiliates and established industry relationships
Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTDs, and NGR
Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar
Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
