Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Organize and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Record accurate meeting minutes.
• Handle various forms of correspondence, including emails and memos.
• Assist in generating reports as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Update and enforce office procedures.
• Procure office supplies and research vendors.
• Keep contact lists up to date.
• Arrange travel arrangements efficiently.
• Process and reconcile expense reports promptly.
• Provide courteous support to office visitors.
