Administrative Manager

Job Description: • Our client is a leading global technology company dedicated to driving digital transformation for enterprises through innovative digital solutions. • The Administrative Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the administrative functions to ensure seamless daily operations within the company. • Responsibilities include leading and coordinating all administrative activities to enhance operational efficiency, supervising staff, managing office resources, and ensuring adherence to legal standards. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in administrative management or similar roles, ideally within a technology or fast-growing enterprise. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight is advantageous. • Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
