Position Overview: The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to one or more Business Unit Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). This role is responsible for enabling efficiency, organization, and strategic focus across both leaders’ day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, highly professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cybersecurity‑focused environment. What You Will Do: • Manage complex executive calendars; schedule, prioritize, and resolve conflicts • Coordinate domestic/international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expenses • Prepare and format presentations, briefings, and reports • Handle confidential information with discretion • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments • Plan and coordinate team meetings, all-hands, offsites, and events • Manage recurring meetings and cross-functional updates • Support onboarding, including access, tools, and communications • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders • Maintain organized document repositories and collaboration spaces • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires an AA/AS Degree (or other 2 year post high school training) with a minimum 8 years relevant experience • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, or engineering environments. Qualifications We Prefer: • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and anticipate needs. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure. • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal tact. • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT operations, or regulated industry environments. • Comfort working across a global and matrixed organization.
