Overview
Applixy™ is an AI-powered admissions platform helping underserved students navigate college, scholarship, and enrichment program applications. Our student-facing platform is live. We now need the institutional side built: a multi-dashboard Admin Hub that gives schools, programs, and opportunity providers a full suite of tools to manage, review, and communicate with applicants.
Wireframes for all 11 modules are fully built and ready to hand off on day one. This is a fixed-price, milestone-based contract with a firm June 1 deadline. You will be managed by our CTO, who will also assist where needed. The platform must be deployed to GitHub and connected to our existing database. We currently use Gemini for AI features, and new integrations should align with that.
Scope of Work
You will build the Applixy Admin Hub from provided wireframes. The hub consists of 11 dashboards, each fully functional, connected to a shared database, and bug-free at delivery.
The dashboards are: Dashboard (home view with key metrics and activity), Analytics (applicant insights and reporting), Funding and Recruitment (pipeline and outreach tracking), Evaluation Builder (custom rubric and scoring setup), Application Vault (secure application storage and management), Reviewer Hub (review queue and team workspace), Messaging (in-platform communication with applicants), Decisions (admissions decision tracking and communication), Review Editor (annotation and evaluation workspace), Settings (user management and platform configuration), and Support (help and ticketing for institutional users).
Technical Requirements
The delivered product must include a fully functional platform and database architecture supporting all 11 modules. AI features will be scoped and built in collaboration with our CTO. The platform must be scalable, secure, and stable at launch. No placeholder screens, no half-built modules, no outstanding bugs at delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong full-stack experience, solid database design skills, and comfort integrating AI or ML features into a web application. We expect vibe-coding, but want the dashboards to match our wireframes. Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant platforms is a strong plus.

Timeline
Work begins immediately upon hire. All deliverables must be complete and fully functional by June 1.
