You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, helping maintain strong vendor relationships and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Key Objectives • Assist in the timely processing and verification of invoices and expense reports. • Support the accounts payable team in maintaining accurate financial records. • Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies. Responsibilities • Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization. • Enter invoice data into the accounting system and prepare payment batches. • Assist with matching purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies. • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and records. • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. • Assist with other administrative and financial tasks as needed. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. • Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
