What You'll Do Lead the month-end close and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
Manage accounting across multiple legal entities
Supervise the Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator
Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of NetSuite
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
Partner with leadership to support the company's continued growth
What We're Looking For Progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close expertise
Experience supporting multiple legal entities
Leadership experience preferred, but strong leadership potential will also be considered
NetSuite experience or ERP implementation exposure is a plus
Process improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing entrepreneurial environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation & Benefits Approximately $90,000 base salary
