Job Description:
Manage and Maintain Desty Help Center (Desty Tawk),
Platform: https://desty.tawk.help/
- Develop educational materials to help merchants understand and maximize the use of Desty products.
- Support merchant retention and engagement initiatives through operational campaign execution.
- Assist the Account Management team in maintaining operational visibility through data tracking and reporting.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge resources.
- Assist the onboarding team in ensuring new merchants have a smooth and successful start with Desty's products and services.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Basic video editing and content creation skills are an advantage
