As a global-leading health and well-being provider – encompassing physical, mental and financial health – TELUS Health is improving health outcomes for consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, employers and employees.

TELUS Health supports the total health and well-being of over 35 million lives worldwide with our clinical expertise, global presence and digital well-being platform offered through our Integrated Health Solutions. We empower healthier, happier, and more productive employees by combining our award-winning Employee Assistance Program with proactive wellness solutions in a digital ecosystem that helps them prevent and manage issues and concerns about family, health, life, money, and work.

As the Account Executive – Strategic Partnerships Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth through TELUS Health’s most strategic relationships with Canada’s leading life and health insurance carriers. This is a high-impact role, accountable for expanding TELUS Health’s market presence and revenue across all product lines — from Employee Assistance and Total Mental Health to Virtual Care and Wellbeing solutions.

You will act as the executive lead for these insurer partnerships, developing and executing a clear growth strategy that connects TELUS Health’s capabilities with the insurers’ business priorities. Working closely with product, distribution, and innovation teams at each carrier, you’ll identify opportunities to integrate TELUS Health programs into their group benefit portfolios — helping them meet the evolving health and wellness needs of plan sponsors and members while advancing their own commercial, retention, and digital health strategies.
Success in this role will come from your ability to influence at the executive level, build multi-stakeholder alignment, and create new pathways for growth.

You’ll lead joint business planning, steer strategic initiatives, and ensure our partnerships deliver measurable results — including increased adoption, deeper product penetration, and sustained revenue expansion. By strengthening TELUS Health’s position as the preferred wellbeing partner for Canada’s insurers, you’ll directly contribute to our purpose of improving the health of every life we touch.
