In this role, you will work with new customers who are purchasing a PDQ product for the first time, as well as cross-selling our remote desktop product (and potentially others) to our existing customer base, primarily within our SMB customer segment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer pre-sales lifecycle, from detailed discovery through deal close. We are seeking candidates with prior experience as an Account Executive/Manager or Senior Sales Development Representative, with the ability to identify and manage high-potential business opportunities, are proactive and collaborative, display meticulous pipeline hygiene, and are accustomed to a team-selling environment to best serve the needs of our prospective customers.
