We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to lead our revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. You’ll be the face of Kenz to our early agency and corporate clients — and a key force in reaching our first $1.6M ARR milestone.

What You'll Do
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → close
• Target Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)
• Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and happy clients
• Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
• Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win rate, ARR)
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales
• Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Confident, consultative, and relentlessly resourceful
