Account Coordinator – Remote | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) Breezy Hill Marketing | $35/hour
Breezy Hill Marketing is a Vermont-based B2B digital marketing agency serving clients in healthcare, SaaS, and professional services. We move fast, stay lean, and rely on smart systems — not headcount — to get things done.
We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity (20 hours/week) with room to grow.
What You'll Do
You'll sit in on client and internal calls alongside our Account Managers and own the follow-through. That means turning conversations into organized task lists, managing deliverables in ClickUp, tracking deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You won't be building strategy — you'll be making sure the strategy actually gets executed.
Attend client and internal calls; take clear, structured notes
Create and assign tasks in ClickUp immediately following calls
Track open deliverables and follow up proactively with team members
Maintain project timelines and flag risks before they become problems
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to draft summaries, comms, and documents faster
Organize information across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
What We're Looking For
Exceptionally organized — you have a system, and you stick to it
Clear, direct communicator — in writing and verbally
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow; not just aware of them, actually using them
Proficient in Google Workspace
Detail-oriented without needing to be micromanaged
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Background in marketing, agency, or client services environments
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms The Role

Schedule is flexible with some required overlap for calls (Eastern Time)
