Requirements
Active, unrestricted APRN / PMHNP license in one or more of the approved states listed below
Active DEA registration
Current professional liability/malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate minimum)
NPI number (Type 1 individual)
At least 1 year of post-licensure PMHNP clinical experience
Comfortable providing psychiatric care via telehealth
