360 Recruiter / Account Manager (Technology) / Fort Lauderdale

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission Experience: 1–5+ years in agency recruiting, sales, or business development preferred About the Role We’re hiring a high-performance 360 Recruiter / Account Manager to build and own a desk within the technology sector. This is a full-cycle role combining new business development (50%) with candidate delivery and account management (50%). You will operate like a mini–business owner: generating revenue through client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering top-tier technical talent across high-growth companies. What You’ll Do Business Development (50%) • Identify, target, and win new clients across the technology landscape (startups to enterprise) • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build a consistent pipeline • Pitch retained and contingent search services to hiring managers and executives • Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and contracts • Develop long-term client relationships and expand existing accounts Recruiting & Delivery (50%) • Source, engage, and qualify top technical talent (e.g., software engineers, AI/ML, infrastructure, product) • Manage the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation, and placement • Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality shortlists • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates • Provide market insights on compensation, hiring trends, and talent availability What We’re Looking For • Proven success in agency recruiting, sales, or business development • Strong interest in the technology sector (AI, SaaS, infrastructure, etc.) • Comfortable operating in a high-performance, commission-driven environment • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by building a book of business What Success Looks Like • Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets • Building a strong client portfolio with repeat business • Developing deep networks within a niche technology vertical • Delivering high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission • Clear progression path (Senior Consultant → Manager → Director) • Incentives: quarterly bonuses, annual trips, performance rewards • Training and mentorship from experienced leaders • Access to best-in-class recruiting tools and data Why Join Us • Build your own desk with real ownership and autonomy • Work with high-growth companies at the forefront of technology • Earn significant upside tied directly to your performance • Join a culture that rewards ambition, resilience, and results
