Position Title: Contract Sales Manager. - 340B Program Position Summary The Contract Sales Manager supports revenue growth efforts through the identification, engagement with, and execution of 340B contract opportunities within an assigned territory. This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals looking to build a career in healthcare sales and the 340B program. This role partners closely with senior sales leaders and engages with high level decision makers to support lead and prospecting activities, pipeline development, client engagement preparation, and sales process coordination. The Contract Sales Manager is expected to use their knowledge and foundation in 340B to gain exposure to healthcare systems, specialty pharmacy operations, and 340B program fundamentals while contributing to new business initiatives. The primary objective is to assist in generating qualified leads, supporting sales activities, and contributing to overall contract growth and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities 1. 340B Sales Support & Business Development (60%) Lead Generation & Prospecting Support • Identify potential 340B-eligible hospitals, health systems, clinics, and health centers through research and outreach in the assigned territory. • Support outbound prospecting efforts including email campaigns, calls, and follow-up communications. • Work with key strategic partners to increase lead and prospect activity such as Third-Party Administrators, Consultant Groups, Group Purchasing Organizations, and Primary Care Associations. • Help maintain and organize prospect lists and lead tracking tools. • Schedule introductory meetings and assist in contracting efforts through HRSA registration. Sales Process Coordination • Prepare and engage in client meetings, presentations, and proposals. • Support the development of sales materials and value propositions tools and go-to market strategies. • Lead and participate in introductory and discovery calls for lead generation and prospect tracking. • Support and Manage the Conference and Trade Show strategy for the 340B pillar. • Track opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on open items. • Follow the life of the sales from lead generation to fully executed agreement. 2 04/20/2026 (DORMOND) • Hand off key contact, information, NPI information and other required data sets to the implementation team for next steps. Pipeline & CRM Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in Company CRM. • Assist in updating opportunity stages, notes, and next steps. • Support reporting on pipeline activity, outreach efforts, and lead conversion. 2. Account & Territory Support (25%) • Support territory planning efforts by researching target accounts and market trends. • Assist in identifying potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Help maintain relationships through follow-up communication and coordination with internal teams. • Collaborate with implementation, account management, operations, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs. 3. Learning, Reporting & Market Awareness (15%) • Maintain a foundational understanding of the 340B program, specialty pharmacy, and healthcare systems. • Track and report sales activities, outreach performance, and lead status. • Assist and share in communicating market insights and competitive information. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events or webinars. Performance Expectations • Consistent completion of outreach and prospecting activities. • Generation of qualified lead+s and support of sales pipeline growth. • Accurate and timely CRM updates and reporting. • Demonstrated learning and development in healthcare sales and 340B knowledge. • Strong collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams. Education & Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required. • 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, business development, or related fields. • Demonstrated experience selling into 340B covered entities strongly preferred. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred but not required.
