(1099 Contract) Nonprofit Salesforce Consultant: Business Analyst

Description: • Provide Salesforce system administration, design, and optimization services within managed service contract standards and SLAs. • Educate, guide, and empower nonprofit clients on system use and ownership. • Plan activities from requirements gathering through solution design using project management tools and delivery methodologies. • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client business processes and system needs. • Facilitate client needs assessment through user story collection, grooming, and prioritization. • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as custom fields, objects, layouts, views, reports, dashboards, and automation. • Support validation testing and user acceptance testing. • Maintain data integrity, hygiene, and security across client systems. • Create documentation that helps clients understand and manage their Salesforce systems. • Select and implement third-party applications as needed, and lead data mapping efforts during design and implementation. • Mentor junior consultants and new hires on project work. • Assist Sales and Services teams with implementation estimates and identify new client opportunities. Requirements: • 1–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations. • Experience with Experience Cloud and/or Agentforce Nonprofit/NPC preferred. • Current working knowledge of recent Salesforce for Nonprofits releases and roadmap. • Ability to solve automation requirements using Flow. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple project assignments at the same time. • Creative and analytical problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer needs. • Understanding of nonprofit business processes and complexities. • Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud, Agentforce Nonprofit, and/or Agentforce Specialist preferred. • Previous experience as a Salesforce for Nonprofit consultant preferred. • Experience managing projects or participating in technical and cross-functional projects preferred.
